Daisy’s Deli is an online store supplying farm fresh, deli and free-range produce.

An agreement of sale between Daisy’s Deli and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Daisy’s Deli.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day, to be delivered on the allocated day per suburb.

Return and Refunds Policy

Services provided and products sourced by Daisy’s Deli is subject to seasonality and availability. Should an item no longer be available due to non-availability from the farms, we will contact you and offer a replacement of the same value.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our produce please let us know via email: coral@daisydeli.co.za within 48 hours or receiving your Daisy’s Deli delivery and we will offer a replacement item with your next order. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via email: coral@daisydeli.co.za within 24 hours.

Customer Privacy Policy

Daisy’s Deli shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its customers.

Daisy’s Deli respects your privacy. This means that any and all the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, re-used, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

The only other information about you that we collect, in a manner that does not identify you as an individual, are usage statistics and analytics about the website gathered by our hosting and application service providers, which may include IP addresses, browser types and versions, operating systems and platforms, date and time of visit etc.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may only be made via EFT into the Daisy’s Deli bank account, SnapScan or PayFast. The details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
